The Trine 005 Electric Strike is a versatile, high-value access-control solution designed for both retrofit and new installations in wood or metal door jambs. It supports 8–16 VAC or 4–6 VDC input and is engineered to accommodate locksets with up to a 5/8″ latch throw, assuming a standard 1/8″ door gap.
Built for durability and consistent performance, the Trine 005 features a one-piece release mechanism with only a single moving part, minimizing wear and reducing long-term maintenance. It is rated for 500,000 life cycles and provides a static holding force of 1,000 lbs, making it well-suited for doors subject to frequent use.
The non-handed design allows installation in either orientation, simplifying stocking and field installation. A faceplate measuring 5-7/8″ × 1-1/4″, combined with a 1-9/16″ mortise backset and 1/2″ cavity depth, ensures compatibility with standard door preparations.
Finished in powder-coated brass, the Trine 005 delivers both corrosion resistance and a clean, professional appearance appropriate for commercial or architectural applications.
