In 2010, Security Supply Direct was born out of frustration — frustration with slow lead times, inconsistent quality, and faceless distributors who treated customers like ticket numbers instead of people.
We started small, with one simple goal: make buying security products honest, fast, and human again. From day one, we worked with locksmiths, schools, and businesses who needed more than just a checkout cart — they needed a partner who actually cared.

What started as a few shelves in a small warehouse quickly grew into a full-scale distribution network. We learned, we adapted, and we built relationships that still drive our success today. SSD became the go-to source for schools, government facilities, and professional security installers who wanted reliability without red tape.
