For all orders placed within the Continental U.S., we offer free UPS Ground shipping when your order total reaches $150 or more (before tax and after discounts). Orders under $150 will incur a shipping cost—your total will display at checkout.
📦 Order Processing & Delivery Times
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment clears. Delivery times after shipping typically run:
- UPS Ground to Continental U.S.: 2-6 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: 5-10 business days (plus applicable shipping surcharge)
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery
🌍 Shipping Regions & Options
We ship to all 50 U.S. states with few exceptions. If you need delivery outside the U.S., or to a PO Box/APO/FPO address, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm details and shipping rates.

Once your item ships, we send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You’ll be able to view the shipping progress directly via the carrier’s site. If you haven’t received a tracking notification within 24 hours after processing, please reach out to our team.

If your shipment arrives damaged or if parts are missing, please inspect the package before accepting it from the carrier, keep all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with you to replace or refund those items swiftly — because your project matters.
