The Strattec 5912512 is a 4-button integrated keyhead transmitter (IKT) designed as a direct-fit replacement for select 2007–2019 Ford vehicles. It combines a transponder key blade (keyway H75, code series 0001X–1706X) with a 315 MHz remote in a single OEM-style unit, delivering Lock, Unlock, Trunk, and Panic functions in one compact head.
