The Marks USA M9900-48/10B rim panic device is engineered for high-traffic commercial and institutional applications where rugged reliability and safety compliance matter. It is non-handed and designed to retrofit all popular preps. The heavy-gauge extruded aluminum chassis with a stainless-steel touch bar and “Panic Protector” end-cap delivers durability in demanding use. It features a ¾″ stainless-steel dead-latch throw for secure engagement, and roller strike hardware for smooth operation. The unit supports hex-key dogging to keep the push bar in an unlocked state when needed. Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 standards and listed for panic hardware applications—making it suitable for doors requiring emergency egress capability. With a dark bronze finish (US10B), the device offers an architectural look while maintaining high performance.
