The ABH A110HD series A110HDD083 is a BHMA Grade 1, fully concealed, heavy-duty continuous geared hinge engineered for demanding commercial door applications. Its flush-mount, full-mortise design installs without a door inset and effectively covers existing butt hinge cutouts during renovation work.
- Finish: Duronotic Dark Bronze – US313/690 anodized finish
- Length: 83" (sized for standard 7'0" doors); field-cuttable down to 79"
- Door Capacity: Supports doors up to 450 lbs and 48" wide, for 1-3/4" door thickness
- Material: Extruded 6063-T6 aluminum alloy body with polyacetal thrust bearings; 32 bearings on 83" units for smooth, long-lasting operation
- Handing: Non-handed (reversible) — no field modification required
- Fire Rating: UL Listed for metal swinging fire doors up to 90 minutes; approved for wood fire doors up to 60 minutes
