Seco-Larm EAP-3D1Q 12/24 VDC, 3 Amp, 1 Output Access Control Power Supply

This SECO-LARM power supply is designed to support the power needs of access control installations where reliability and supervision are important. It accepts 110-240 VAC input and provides a field-selectable output of 12 VDC or 24 VDC. With a continuous output current of 3 A at 12 V or 1.5 A at 24 V, it’s suitable for powering a door strike, mag lock or other access component.

Built-in supervision relays monitor AC power failure and low battery/failure conditions, allowing connection to alarm panels or monitoring systems. The unit also supports automatic switch-over to a backup battery (batteries not included) via internal charger and features adjustable output voltage to compensate for voltage drop. The enclosure is a robust steel case with ventilation, ample space for two backup batteries, and a removable cover for easy wiring access. Installation options include knock-outs for power and battery leads, status LEDs for AC input and DC output, and short-circuit/over-current protection that shuts down outputs under fault and automatically recovers when cleared.
