The ABH A110HDC083 is a full-mortise, fully concealed heavy-duty continuous gear hinge engineered for demanding commercial and institutional door applications. Its geared, flush-mount design evenly distributes door weight across the full height of the door and frame, eliminating binding, sagging, and the pry gap found with traditional butt hinges.
- Length & Application: 83" length designed for 7'0" doors; suitable for new construction and renovation — covers existing butt hinge cutouts in old frames
- Weight Capacity: Supports door weights up to 450 lbs; no door reinforcement required up to 200 lbs (16-ga. channel recommended for heavier loads)
- Material: Extruded 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with polyacetal thrust bearings for smooth, long-lasting operation
- Finish: Clear anodized aluminum (628/US28)
