The PHG 44DC-695 door closer delivers heavy-duty performance for high-traffic doors. It features full size-adjustability spring strength adjustable settings 1 through 4, letting a single closer handle a range of door weights and sizes. The closer comes tri-packed—shipping with components for regular arm, top-jamb and parallel arm mounting—so one SKU covers multiple mounting configurations. Constructed with an aluminum body, the 44DC-695 meets Grade 1 performance requirements (ANSI A156.4) and is built for long-term durability.
